Mr. Agosto is a seasoned executive and technology leader with more than 25 years of experience planning, implementing, and managing information technology solutions for public sector and commercial organizations. As the Founder and President of Success By Design, LLC (SBD), he has successfully built the company into a trusted provider of cybersecurity, infrastructure, program management, and technology services.
Under Mr. Agosto's leadership, SBD has expanded from supporting customers throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area to delivering solutions nationwide through strategic partnerships and alliances. He is responsible for the company's strategic direction, business development, operations, and financial performance while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer success.
Mr. Agosto remains focused on aligning emerging technologies with customer mission requirements, ensuring SBD continues to deliver secure, cost-effective, and mission-focused solutions while maintaining a strong reputation for quality and performance.
Taimor Noorani
Managing Member
Mr. Noorani is an accomplished technology executive with more than 20 years of experience delivering information technology solutions and support services to federal government and commercial organizations. As the Managing Member and Chief Executive Officer of Technology Information Systems, LLC (TekInfoSys), he provides strategic leadership, business development oversight, and operational direction for the company.
Prior to founding TekInfoSys, Mr. Noorani held leadership and management roles supporting federal agencies, including U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Department of Justice (DOJ). Throughout his career, he has led help desk operations, network support services, infrastructure management, and IT consulting initiatives supporting mission-critical environments.
Mr. Noorani holds multiple industry certifications in information technology and cybersecurity. He is committed to delivering innovative, reliable, and customer-focused solutions that help organizations achieve their operational and strategic objectives.
